Debbie Wright-Hood
CAO and Secretary, The Dwyer GroupĀ®
Debbie has been employed in various capacities at The Dwyer Group since 1981. She first served the company as president of Worldwide Supply, Inc. from 1985-2000 and then moved to the position of vice president of administration from January 1998-2004. She has also held the position of secretary of The Dwyer Group since December 1998. Debbie was promoted to her current role as chief administrative officer in October 2004.
Debbie is responsible for overseeing many departments, including the legal, human resources, administrative, mail center, housekeeping and maintenance departments. She also heads up The Dwyer Group reunion, which is the annual meeting bringing together current franchisees and their teams as well as prospective franchisees looking at the opportunities that The Dwyer Group family of companies offer.
During Debbie's time with The Dwyer Group, she created the franchise compliance department, which is responsible for collections as well as insurance and reporting compliance. Debbie also has had a major role in expansions to ensure continued growth for the company.
